End-User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD ("we," "us," "our," or "Grey Rock") governing your download, installation, access to, and use of Grey Rock Casino Lobby (the "Application"), including any updates, upgrades, features, content, documentation, or related services made available through the Application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, access, or use the Application.

1. Purpose of the Application

Grey Rock Casino Lobby is an entertainment application that provides a directory and access point for casino-style, slot-style, and similar demo games. The Application is intended solely for entertainment and demonstration purposes and does not provide real-money gambling.

The Application does not accept real-money wagers, bets, or deposits; permit cash withdrawals; award cash prizes, cryptocurrency, or redeemable prizes; operate a purchasable or redeemable virtual currency; or provide anything of monetary value based on gameplay outcomes.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application on a compatible iPhone that you own or control, solely for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Application is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual-property rights to you.

3. Eligibility

The minimum age for use of the Application is 18 years old. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for access to simulated casino-style content, you must meet that higher age requirement.

The Application is not directed to children.

4. No Real-Money Gambling

The Application does not provide a real-money gambling service. You cannot use the Application to place a real-money bet or wager, deposit or withdraw money, receive real-money winnings, or participate in real-money gambling through GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD.

The Application should not be considered a gambling operator, casino operator, sportsbook, lottery operator, financial platform, payment service, or wagering service.

5. No Virtual Currency

The Application does not operate a virtual or in-game currency system. House Awards and similar counters have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased from us, and do not create any payment obligation.

6. Demo Game Results

All games made available through the Application are intended to be demo, simulated, or entertainment experiences. Gameplay outcomes do not create entitlement to money, prizes, compensation, property, cryptocurrency, credits, or any other item of monetary value.

Success in simulated casino-style gameplay does not indicate or guarantee success in real-money gambling. Demo-game odds, mechanics, probabilities, bonus frequencies, volatility, payout simulations, or other mathematical characteristics may differ from real-money versions of similar games.

7. Third-Party Games and Content

The Application may provide access to games or content supplied by third parties. Games may be embedded, hosted externally, streamed, or accessed through external links. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD does not own, operate, or control independent third-party games.

You are responsible for reviewing any applicable third-party terms before using third-party content.

8. License Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, adapt, translate, create unauthorized derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, bypass digital rights management or security controls, circumvent geographic restrictions, or remove proprietary, copyright, or trademark notices.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Application to violate any applicable law, distribute malware, conduct a cyberattack, gain unauthorized access to systems, impersonate another person, engage in fraud, scrape the Application at an abusive scale, copy substantial portions of our game directory, or attempt to misrepresent simulated gameplay as real-money gambling.

10. Ownership

The Application and all original elements of the Application remain the property of GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD or its licensors. The Application may contain third-party intellectual property that remains owned by the applicable third-party rights holder.

11. Trademarks

Grey Rock Casino Lobby, Grey Rock, related logos, branding, design elements, and other marks associated with us may be trademarks or trade names of GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD. You may not use our trademarks without prior written authorization, except where applicable law permits such use.

12. Application Updates

We may provide updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, new versions, or other modifications. Certain updates may be installed automatically depending on your device or App Store settings. We do not guarantee that any particular feature or previous version will remain available indefinitely.

13. Compatibility

The Application requires an iPhone running iOS 16.0 or later. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating-system version. Changes by Apple or other third parties may affect Application functionality.

14. Internet Connection

Some or all features of the Application may require an active internet connection, including loading catalog artwork and opening studio demo sessions. You are responsible for internet access, mobile data, and telecommunications fees.

15. Application Store Terms

If you download the Application through the Apple App Store, your use of the Application may also be subject to Apple's terms and policies. Where mandatory App Store terms apply, those terms will apply in addition to this Agreement.

16. Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD, and not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD, not Apple, is responsible for the Application and its content, subject to applicable law.

The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable usage rules and any permitted family-sharing arrangements.

To the extent required under Apple's applicable rules: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application and for investigating claims that the Application infringes third-party intellectual-property rights; and Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the provisions of this Agreement applicable to distribution through the Apple App Store.

17. Support

Technical or customer support relating to the Application may be available through concierge@grcasinolobby.com. We may determine the types of support provided, availability, and supported versions. Unless otherwise required by law, we are not obligated to provide indefinite support for outdated versions.

18. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information associated with the Application are described in our Privacy Policy at https://grcasinolobby.com/privacy.

19. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information processed by GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD by writing to concierge@grcasinolobby.com. The Application does not require user accounts. You may still request deletion of personal information we can reasonably associate with you. On-device picks, recents, and awards can be removed by clearing them in the app or uninstalling the Application.

20. User Accounts

The Application operates without user accounts. If account functionality is introduced, you may be required to create an account to access certain features, and additional terms may apply.

21. No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to access the demo gameplay made available through the Application. The Application does not require the purchase of virtual currency or gameplay credits.

22. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control independent third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, or transactions between you and independent third parties.

23. Advertisements

The Application does not currently display advertising or sponsored content. If that changes, advertising-related data practices will be addressed in our Privacy Policy.

24. User Feedback

If you provide comments, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or bug reports, you grant GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD, to the extent permitted by law, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use that Feedback to improve the Application. This section does not override privacy rights applicable to personal information contained in Feedback.

25. Open-Source Software

The Application may include software components distributed under open-source licenses. Those components remain subject to their applicable open-source license terms. Where an open-source license grants rights that conflict with restrictions in this Agreement, the applicable open-source license controls with respect to that component.

26. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available. Availability may be affected by maintenance, server outages, internet failures, third-party interruptions, application-store decisions, legal restrictions, or discontinuation of the Application.

27. Game Availability

Games appearing within the Application may change over time. We may add, remove, replace, or restrict games, including by region. You do not acquire a permanent right to access any particular game.

28. Technical Malfunctions

The Application and demo games may experience crashes, freezes, loading failures, network interruptions, display errors, interrupted sessions, unavailable games, or other software errors. Because the Application does not provide money or redeemable virtual value, technical errors do not create entitlement to compensation, prizes, cash, or credits.

29. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, compatibility, security, and uninterrupted operation.

Mandatory consumer warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

30. No Guarantee of Game Performance

We make no warranty regarding simulated gameplay outcomes. We do not guarantee particular results, specific simulated win frequencies, any return-to-player percentage, or similarity to real-money games.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Application, inability to use it, downtime, loss of data, interrupted gameplay, third-party content, device incompatibility, or technical errors.

Simulated scores, demo-game balances, counters, outcomes, or gameplay sessions have no monetary value and their loss does not constitute a financial loss.

32. Liability Cap

The Application is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Application will not exceed the greater of the minimum liability required by applicable law or the amount you directly paid to GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD for the Application during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

34. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and licensors from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Application, your material violation of this Agreement, infringement of another person's rights by you, or fraudulent use of the Application. This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

35. Termination By You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Application and uninstalling it from your devices.

36. Termination By Us

We may suspend or terminate your license where reasonably necessary because of violation of this Agreement, illegal activity, abuse, attempted security breaches, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Application.

37. Effect of Termination

When this Agreement terminates, your license ends and you must cease unauthorized use of the Application. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual property, warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law.

38. Changes to the Application

We may change the Application at any time, including interface updates, new or removed features, changes to game listings, compatibility changes, and changes required by the App Store or law.

39. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. The Last Updated date will indicate when this Agreement was most recently revised. Where applicable law requires notice of material changes, we will provide appropriate notice.

40. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Application in violation of applicable export-control laws, trade restrictions, economic sanctions, or embargoes.

41. Government End Users

If the Application is acquired by or on behalf of a government entity, it is provided as commercial software and commercial computer software documentation to the extent applicable under relevant law.

42. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws that apply to your use of the Application, except where mandatory law requires a different result. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory legal protections available in your country or region of residence.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes informally by writing to concierge@grcasinolobby.com. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be subject to the competent courts as required by applicable law.

43. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

44. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your license without our prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may assign or transfer this Agreement as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Application, subject to applicable law.

45. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. If modification is not possible, the affected provision will be severed.

46. No Waiver

Failure by GREY ROCK CASINO LOBBY LTD to enforce a provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

47. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable App Store terms, and any additional terms expressly presented for specific features, constitutes the agreement governing your use of the Application.

48. Relationship With Terms and Conditions

This Agreement primarily governs the license granted to you to use the Application. Our Terms and Conditions govern broader use of the Service and are available at https://grcasinolobby.com/terms.

Where this EULA and the Terms address the same matter, they should be interpreted consistently wherever reasonably possible. If an unavoidable conflict exists, the provision specifically addressing software licensing will generally control for matters relating solely to the Application license, subject to applicable law.

49. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except for application-store operators or other parties expressly identified in this Agreement, this Agreement does not create rights in favor of third parties.

50. Language

The controlling language of this Agreement is English, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

51. Electronic Acceptance

Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement has the same legal effect as acceptance in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law. Acceptance may occur through downloading, installing, selecting an acceptance control, or continuing to use the Application after being presented with this Agreement, as permitted under applicable law.
